Shipping

Current processing times are 3-5 business days. Please note that these processing times do not include shipping times. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing the order to confirm that we are able to ship it out on time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee shipping dates without prior confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time, we cannot control unforeseable circumstances that may occur during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to inquire about the package. Unfortunately we are unable to file a claim or replace/refund the order if USPS has marked it as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our plants, we are unable to issue refunds or send our replacements for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We understand that mistakes can happen, so please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure that your plants arrive at the correct destination. If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please notify us immediately. We are able to correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Damaged Plants

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, due to the delicate nature of plants and the shipping process, sometimes they can still become damaged in transit. Please take photos of the damaged plants and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to replace or refund damaged plants if you do not notify us within 48 hours of delivery or if you alter the plants in any way. Altering the plants may compromise their health and make it difficult for us to assess the extent of the damage.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you wish to change or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if cancellation is necessary, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the purchase, which can be applied towards a future order.

Heat Packs

Please purchase a heat pack if temperatures are expected to dip below 40 degrees during shipping. A heat pack can help protect your plants during transit. If you chose not to purchase a heat pack and your plants arrive damaged, we will be unable to refund or replace them. Please note that it is your responsibility to monitor the weather in your area and purchase a heat pack if necessary.

Plant Care

Please note that once the plant has been delivered, it becomes the customers responsibility to care for it properly. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur once the plant is in your care. If you have any questions or concerns about caring for your plant, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help you every step of the way!
